What do you need from me to get started?
A rough site sketch or survey if you have one, a few photos of the property, and a sense of your budget and timeline. If you don't have a survey, I can work from what's available and flag anything that needs a professional survey first.
How long does a typical plan take?
Contractor drafting typically turns around in 1–2 weeks depending on scope. Full homeowner design projects usually run 3–5 weeks from kickoff to final plan, including a round of revisions.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — every quote includes at least one round of revisions. Additional rounds beyond what's scoped are billed at a fair hourly rate, agreed on up front.
What's your service area?
Based in Sonoma County and serving the North Bay. Drafting work for contractors can be done remotely for sites further out — reach out and I'll let you know if it's a fit.
Do you work with contractors outside California?
Drafting is plan-based and delivered digitally, so yes — if you can share site dimensions, photos, or a survey, distance usually isn't a blocker.
